This kit is for the DIY'er or handyperson that wants a platform bed in their NVC3 van, but doesn't want to pay thousands of dollars for one of the complete kits already out there and/or doesn't own a 100 ton metal brake or a TIG welder.
We are building these now in four formats each tailored the width and curvature of the van walls for a given height. Rails weigh #34 three panel set #44. No instructions included.
The Low kit is designed to be installed at 36" (some wiggle room)
The Basement- designed to be placed anywhere from as low as the wheel wells up to 30 or 32"
Some customers have installed our Medium kits in flare vans - please inquire. Same prices.
**All of our two-panel flare kits ship with 70" rails - You will probably want to cut them down to whatever works best for your build.**
